Favorite Cedar City Mini Session Locations

Cedar City is a BEAUTIFUL area. It's where my family and I choose to call home. It's a good half point between Zion and Bryce National parks, known as the Festival City because of all the fun festivities it plays host to including the Shakesperian Festival and Utah Summer Games. 

Here are some my favorite spots to shoot at ion the area.

1. Southern Utah University Campus: The SUU campus offers a mix of architectural charm and manicured green places. 

2. Cedar City Historical Downtown: The downtown area has classic storefronts, unique murals and a charming atmosphere. It adds a touch of character to your family photos. 

3. Three Peaks Rec Area: For more of natural setting, Three Peaks provides scenic views of surrounding rugged mountains. The open space has large white boulders and trails that. offer a great environment for photos.

4. Wood's Ranch: This location offers rustic charm with aspen beam fences, mountain meadows, and pine trees. 

5. Thunderbird Gardens: Big red rock features without the drive.
